So Thursday was my birthday and I took the day off. It was fun. Over the last while my co-workers have been decorating peoples' cubicles for their birthdays. When I came in on Friday there was some cards and flowers and some interesting marshmallow peeps on my desks. As I got called on pages throughout the morning, and I would return to my desk, a few more "peeps" appeared. I wasn't sure if I hadn't noticed them before or if they were additional. I put them on my book shelf above my computer with my cards. So I had several sitting there. I had a counter shift and returned to my desk. And found a Baseball field, complete with field, diamond, ghostly peeps players, and a ton of "spectators" up in the stands, including the "nose-bleed" sections. It totally surprised me and it was hilarious! And a ton of "Baby" Ruth (get it?) candy bars. My 2 monitors and micro-film reader had pics of large crowds, including Bill Clinton, who apparently attended this ghostly game. So there you have it, a "typical" day at work! Thanks guys - you really caught me off guard on this one!

The baseball diamond and the in-fielders.
A baseball balloon full of "loot". And they weren't even "Fritz bucks". What are Fritz bucks, you ask? Well, Fritz is my co-worker and for his birthday he got a cubicle full of money in balloons, millions and millions of balloons full of either Fritz bucks or "real" bucks. But he had to pop them all to find out where the real bucks were. He is now the proud owner of many a "in Fritz we trust" bucks. With his picture in the middle. Ha Ha!
The baseball stadium is full of fans at this game.
These "spec"tators are not quite in the nose-bleed section, but you can see them in the first picture on the top right side, over the metal storage bin area. So there you have it!
Here is Fritz's balloon barage!
