Cuzzins!

Then just shortly after I left the party, we were expecting my 2nd cousin from Germany and her husband. They are traveling around the western US and it was the day they would be visiting us. We went out to dinner at Pie Pizza Cafe in celebration of Breckie's birthday. It was fun, a bit noisy, but I guess that means everyone is having a good time.

Then back to my house for conversation and refreshments.

And in the morning it was off to Moab and Arches. Short and quick trip. Then we went to church and then the Church "walk-about" the last of the season. It was nummy and nice. Now it's late, I'm tired and goin' to watch some TV! Tomorrow back to work...

Ok, so after the baptism comes the birthday slash baptism party! Jamie spent hours prepping for this one. So little Brecklyn give her a BIG hug and a kiss for this one!

Brecklyn's Baptism!

As Jamie's little sign says: It's great to be 8! And that it is! Brecklyn was baptized right on her 8th birthday. A very exciting event for her.

When we arrived the boys were together trying to keep Grayson happy. However, it wasn't his happiest day. That can always make some stress, but the big guys did their very, very best!

Church Social!

So right after Logan's game we went to a church social. It was a Bar-b-q and those are always fun and tasty. I didn't have even one minute to make something to bring to it. But I guess that sometimes that happens and can't be helped. Here a few random shots!

Busy But Fun!

This was a busy weekend. It started at Logan's soccer game in Orem. Here is a "signature" shot of Logan. Curled tongue while running. I hope he never "injures" himself doing that... Jamie said, he inherited this from his dad. And I noticed that she might be right! Here a few more shots of the Ranger's soccer game. Logan is #73.

So those were a few highlights from the game...now onto other things!

A Little About Tyson Jacob

Tyson is a happy 9 year old with lots of talents and abilities. He knew the names of all the planets when he was just about 18 months old. He started talking at such an early age it was incredible. He seems to like basketball more than any sport and also enjoys baseball. He will start 4th grade in the fall of 2010. He has already traveled alot with me for his young years, to southern Utah, Texas, Germany and Switzerland. He is a real thinker and enjoys spending time with his grandpa Spencer, shooting, fly tying, golf and fishing.

A Little About Brecklyn Brianne

Brecklyn is the only girl in the family and so she has a special place in my heart. She is a pretty "Tiny Dancer" just like her mom always was. She is starting kindergarten in the fall of 2010 and just can't wait. She loves to go walking with grandma Sonja and never says no when I want to walk just a little farther. She makes friends easily and even makes friends at places such as the McDonald's playground. She has received several trophies at her dance performance competitions where her group seems to always get 1st place.

A Little About Logan Spencer

Logan is going to be in Pre-school in the fall of 2010. He is a very active 4 year boy. He enjoys soccer, just like his dad and basketball, just like his big brother, Ty. He and Ty are not at all alike and look and act totally different. It is hard to believe that they are brothers! Logan loves to play in the sandpile as my blog shows and doesn't think fishing is such a great sport. Afterall, why should it take so long just for one measly little fish? He learned to ride his bicycle at age 3 and loves to be grandpa's little buddy.

A Little About Grayson

He's here, born June 30-, on his great-grandmother's birthday. That makes him super special. 7 lbs. 3 oz. 18 1/2 inches. He's a little guy, blonde and sweet. He is definitely a "Momma's boy" and will only allow others to hold him for a very short time. Then he lets you know he is very unhappy. But I am sure this will change eventually and he will find out other people are fun and interesting too. We love this little guy and look forward to see what he thinks about his very first Christmas!
